Scott has overseen numerous successful development projects and represented commercial tenants across Texas. His portfolio includes several multi-use retail projects anchored by major businesses such as Chili's Grill & Bar and Brookshire's Grocery Store. He has represented tenant clients nationwide in site acquisition, leasing, and excess property sales, including Swensen's Ice Cream Stores, Jack in the Box Restaurants, Luby's Cafeterias, Inc., Wal-Mart Supercenters, United Artists Theatres, and Brinker International. His professional achievements reflect a broad scope of land and commercial development projects, including residential, office space, and commercial venues at major shopping centers, and various built-to-suit scenarios.
Sherri Steenson runs DecoArté, a firm specializing in interior and exterior design. With over three decades of experience, Sherri has been helping clients make their homes and offices beautiful, efficient, and more organized. She prides herself on her ability to visualize space perception from concept to completion, believing that attention to detail is the key to developing a successful design plan. Sherri aims to provide each client with personal service, professionalism, and impeccable customer care. DecoArté works with clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, as well as out-of-city and state second homes.

From NFL Glory to Business Success
Scott Steenson holds the ultimate proof of his distinguished NFL career: Super Bowl XXXI and XLVIII rings. After 23 years as a field judge, Scott retired in 2014 following the Super Bowl between the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos. Today, he and his wife Sherri live in Glen Rose, Texas, where Scott leads Comstock Parters LLC, a commercial real estate firm, and Sherri runs Decoarte, a design and decorating company.
Their love story began with a blind date in 1998, leading to marriage three years later. Both avid football fans, Sherri herself was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader in 1971. Scott's path from officiating pee-wee games to NFL games demonstrates his passion and commitment to the sport. Now, he enjoys watching football at home, bringing a seasoned perspective to every game he views.
